What success looks like in 12 months

Concepts moved from rough spec to validated prototype. Recurring manufacturing issues solved systematically. Product handovers happen smoothly with complete documentation, no firefighting.

What you bring

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, or related) or equivalent experience
• CAD expertise and design for manufacturing understanding
• Practical prototyping and testing capability
• Comfort working in ambiguity, translating incomplete specs into testable solutions
• Clear English communication
